Kilda Group LLC was started in 2001 as a small consulting firm specializing in enabling business systems modernizations and change through acknowledging the importance of and addressing the expected impacts to business operations, specifically, to the affected people and processes. We believe that technology is an enabler to change rather than a stand-alone solution.
Kilda Group is a US Department of Veterans Affairs Verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a New York verified SDVOB headquartered in Severna Park, Maryland.

The Kilda Group Team is a highly motivated and dynamic group. As a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, we prioritize service and integrity. Our consultants combine decades worth of skills in project management, engineering, training & education, information technology, strategy, change management, and data science. KG’s diverse range of perspectives gained from our experience as veterans, educators, federal personnel, and private sector employees drives our innovative approach to problem solving. As a team, we are committed to adding value and making our client’s lives easier every day.
Kilda Group is committed to helping others in our local community and beyond. We believe that one of the most effective ways of giving back is through continued service and action, and we maintain our commitment to service by and through:
Kilda Group supports local food banks and pantries. Four times a year, we coordinate an office event in which we prepare approximately 250 lunches to drop off at local support centers. We support local homeless shelters and social enterprises focused on skill and workforce development.
Kilda Group supports the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation. Employee toy and book drive donations received each year are delivered with a company match.
As a Veteran-owned business, we are rooted in our commitment to helping fellow Veterans. We support the Fisher House Foundation in their building and provision of comfort homes where military and Veteran families can stay free of charge while a loved one is in the hospital. We also actively recruit transitioning military members, with over 35% of our organization representing the US military.
