Interview Process
For transparency, here’s an overview of our typical hiring process.

HR Screening
We start with an HR interview to confirm skills alignment, discuss the company, review logistical details, and provide an overview of the role.

Initial Interview
Next, you’ll interview with a member of the project team. This can be either a behavioral interview or a technical skills assessment.

Hiring Manager Interview
Before this interview, you’ll complete a formal application. The hiring manager will dive deeper into your skills, experience, and overall fit within the organization.

Final Interview with KG Leadership
In the final step, you’ll meet with KG leadership to make the ultimate decision about your fit and potential offer.
