Greg McConnell

President

Greg is Kilda Group's President. He brings a successful track record of effectively managing people, processes, and technology; his professional experience includes working with Fortune 100 companies and federal agencies in planning, executing, transitioning, and maintaining business modernization systems. After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy, Greg served in a variety of demanding billets in the U.S. Navy surface warfare community. His Navy background includes shipboard engineer and U.S. Naval Academy course chairman and instructor. Greg's civilian background includes business development for a start-up company focused on E-Government procurement initiatives and project management for RWD Technologies prior to taking the helm at Kilda Group. Greg is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is certified in Prosci ADKAR Change Management. He has over 15 years of project and program management experience; his representative clients include U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, CDC, IRS, DOI, The Port Authority of NY & NJ, MassMutual Financial Group, BASF, Johnson & Johnson, and DuPont. Greg lives in Severna Park, MD and enjoys volunteering with local area youth athletic programs.

Vice President

John is Kilda Group's Vice President and IRS account manager. His support includes actively providing client program management services, IT transition management services, business development, account stability and growth, and quality assurance. John brings 18 years of program and technical leadership. He spent 11 years working across 3 different sectors at Northrop Grumman as well as 3 years in a joint venture with Lockheed Martin as the Deputy Vice President of Operations. A veteran, John's Naval career included his role as a Navy Nuclear Power Engineer and then as an instructor of Engineering for the US Naval Academy. John has served in progressive leadership roles across several complex systems integration projects and include the successful program management of large systems integration and IT programs portfolios. He recently completed a successful international assignment where he managed the European public safety operating unit that included implementation of a mission critical computer aided dispatch system for the London Ambulance Service as well as several biometric identification programs for UK Policing agencies. John lives in Owings Mills, MD and is active on several philanthropic and educational boards to include the Friends Foundation and the University of Maryland Systems Engineering Advisory Board.

Kevin Walsh

Director, Consulting Services

Kevin is Director of Consulting Services at Kilda Group. His support includes actively providing client program management services, IT transition management services, business development, account stability and growth, and quality assurance. Kevin is a proven Program/Project Leader with more than 30 years of experience in managing resources and projects in the commercial and public sector. The last 16 years he has focused on training program management, including training program design, development and deployment execution. His experience spans the entire project management cycle from developing proposals and identifying customer needs to designing, implementing and supporting the solutions. His specializations include developing, implementing, and managing technical and end user blended learning training programs to achieve business objectives. He has managed over 20 SAP training implementations in both the private and public sector, with responsibility for delivery of over 70 web-based training programs and over 300 instructor led programs. He has been accountable for training delivery to user populations ranging from 200 to over 66,000. Kevin lives in Mt. Airy, MD and holds a Bachelors Degree in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.

Kelley McConnell

Director of Finance & Operations

Kelley founded Kilda Group in 2001 after working in and witnessing industry's and government's strained attempts to implement business systems modernizations through IT-based technical solutions while insufficiently addressing and preparing their critical success factors - their people and processes. Kilda Group became a company that helps organizations close this gap by using technology as an enabler rather than a stand-alone solution. Kelley currently serves as Director of Finance & Operations where she is responsible for Kilda Group's finance, contracts, and human resources functions. In addition, she has provided onsite client transition management services, training, and program management services to federal, state, and commercial clients. Having worked for Ernst & Young LLP, eFederal Systems, Vocus, and as an independent contractor, Kelley's background includes IT management consulting, technical training, data conversion, and business development. Kelley lives in Severna Park, MD and is a native of Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Kelley holds a Bachelors of Science in Management Systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE).
